CRANBERRY TWP — These cases were recently heard by District Judge David Kovach. All cases filed by the Cranberry Township Police Department unless otherwise noted:

Justin Edward Lubert, 27, waived to court charges of driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 24.

James Earl Reed III, 24, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI controlled substance impaired ability and careless driving, filed Oct. 23.

William Christopher Rice, 32, of Cranberry Township, waived for court possession controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 1.

Kalin Mchael Dipaolo, 20, Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief damage to property, filed Aug. 27.

John William Ventresca Jr., 25, Monaca waived to court two counts each of conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 24 for an offense that occurred Oct. 6.

John William Ventresca Jr., 25, of Monaca waived to court charges of burglary, overnight accommodation, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 24 for an offense that occurred Oct. 20.

Gerald Merchant, 57, of Karns City waived for court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 27.

Angela Lee Merchant, 54, of Karns City waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 27.

Kristen Lynn Gorman, 21, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to stop at red signal, no rear lights and speeding, filed Sept. 1.

Tyler Jordan Duffy, 20, of Evan City waived to court charges of two counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, criminal use of communication facility and possession of controlled substance, filed Sept. 8 by Butler County detectives.

Michael L. Miller, 46, of Midland waived to court charges of access device is counterfeit, theft by deception, forgery and bad checks, filed Nov. 14.

Ronald D. Hicks, 63, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, filed June 23.

Clifford John Reiser, 52, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, DUI, operating vehicle without ignition interlock, driving while operator privilege is suspended or revoked and failing to notify police of accident, injury or death, filed June 6.

Catheryne R. Edwards, 42, of Gibsonia waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and careless driving, filed July 1.

Bradley C. Fleming, 43, of Freedom waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC, fail to notify police of accident/ injury or death and reckless driving, filed Aug. 4.

Amanda Lee McIntyre, 35, of Sarver waived for court charge of retail theft taking merchandise, filed Oct. 2.

Timothy L. McKee Jr., 38, of Valencia waived to court charges of resisting arrest, DUI, DUI controlled substance combination alcohol/drugs, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 6 by the Adams Township police.

Jacquelyn Nicole Boyle, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 22 by the Adams Township police.

Ruth Ann Lunn, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 22 by Adams Township police.

John W. Capretta, 52, of Murrysville waived to court charges of forgery, criminal attempt forgery, receiving stolen property and theft, filed Oct. 19 by Jackson Township police.

Christine Irene Taylor, 42, of Volant waived to court two counts of forgery, access device counterfeiting, theft and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, filed June 22 by Jackson Township police.

Steven Allen Charles Vlassich, 28, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of DUI, two counts of DUI controlled substance metabolite, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, careless driving and failure to keep right, filed Oct. 16 by Zelienople police.
