Gary L. Wilbert
Gary L. Wilbert, 37, of Evans City passed away Monday surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home.
Born Nov. 12, 1977, in Butler, he was the son of Charles R. Wilbert Sr. and Kathleen (Walsh) Wilbert.
Gary was a 1996 graduate of Seneca Valley High School, where he played football. He went on to graduate from the protective services at Butler County Vo-Tech and became an EMT. He was a life-long member of the Evans City Volunteer Fire Department, Station 20.
In his free time, Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports, especially football. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his father, Charles R. Wilbert Sr. of Kane; his brother, Charles “Jay” Wilbert Jr. and his wife, Crystal, of Callery; his sister, Tammy Wilbert of Evans City; and his nieces and nephews, Richard and his girlfriend, Stephanie, Victoria, Nathaniel, Michaela, Maddison, Bonnie and Lane.
In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen (Walsh) Wilbert.
WILBERT — The family of Gary L. Wilbert, who died Monday, Sept. 9, 2015, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E.
