Lisa A. Hauser

Lisa A. Hauser, 36, of Bruin passed away while surrounded by her loving family on Thursday evening at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler following a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Lisa was born in Butler on Sept. 12, 1978, the daughter of David McAnallen and Mary Cousins Fleeger.

She was a 1996 graduate of Karns City High School and a graduate of the Erie Business Center, having earned a degree as a paralegal.

Lisa most recently had been employed as a regional kitchen manager at King's Restaurants.

Mrs. Hauser had attended St. Mark Lutheran Church in Butler. She enjoyed working at the East Brady youth football concession stand.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph J. Hauser of Bruin, who she married at St. Mark Church in Butler on Aug. 15, 1998.

Also surviving are her father, David McAnallen and his wife, Sharon, of Karns City; her mother, Mary Fleeger of Butler; two children, Samantha E. and Dominick R. Hauser, both at home; her paternal grandparents, Arthur and Ruth McAnallen of Butler; a brother, David McAnallen of Parker; four sisters, Tina Huba and her husband, Jeff, of Greenville, S.C., Jody Rivera and her husband, Jamie, of East Butler, Stacy Rodgers and her husband, Dave, of Butler and Melissa McAnallen of Karns City; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

HAUSER — A memorial service for Lisa A. Hauser, who died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, was Friday evening at the Karns City United Methodist Church with the Rev.
