A man was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for evaluation after losing control of his vehicle and taking a wild ride around Pullman Square Wednesday afternoon.

Butler police responded to a call for a stuck vehicle at 5:18 p.m. according to 911 records.

An unidentified man driving a Ford Windstar reportedly hit the corner of Arby’s after leaving the drive-through, hit a light pole and went over the curb onto CDC Drive.

From there he hopped the curb again, went through the parking lot for an office building, crossed Bell Drive, went over an embankment outside Butler ARMCO Credit Union, crossed Hollywood Drive and got stuck on an embankment in front of Pullman Commerce Center.

No other vehicles were involved and no other people were hurt in the incident, according to police.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
