Kennedy DeMatteis struck out seven and also drove in two runs as Moniteau wrapped up the regular season with a 4-1 road win over Karns City Thursday afternoon.
The Warriors rolled to the Keystone-Shortway Athletic Conference championship this season.
Taylor Ritzert tripled and drove in the only run for Karns City (10-3).
Moniteau (18-1) will host the winner of the Cranberry-Johnsonburg game, which will be played Monday, at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday in the District 9 Class AA playoffs.
Karns City, the No. 2 seed, will host Redbank Valley, the No. 3 seed, at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Seneca Valley swept Norwin 25-20, 25-22, 28-26 to advance to the WPIAL Quad-A semifinals.

Seneca Valley fell to Chartiers Valley in WPIAL Division I playoff action.

Slippery Rock closed out its regular season with an 18-4, five-inning romp over Hickory.
Jackson Kerchis had two doubles and drove in three runs and Josh Bowser drove in four for the Rockets (18-1), who will open the District 10 Class AAA playoffs next week.
