District Judge Kevin O’Donnell

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:

Kristin M. Baker, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and failing to notify of a change of name or address, filed Feb. 24.

Alan M. Chambers, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 2.

Tina M. English, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 27.

Clayton C. Fredley, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of identity theft, access device fraud and theft of lost or mislaid property, filed Feb. 9.

William D. Hays III, 37, of East Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and driving with a suspended license, filed March 30.

Liam D. Hess, 20, of Zelienople pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed March 6. Hess was ordered to pay $808 in fines and court costs.

Travis R. Hilliard, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed March 27.

Cody Howard, 23, of Waynesburg, Greene County waived to court charges of trespass, criminal mischief, theft and possessing a controlled substance, filed Nov. 19.

George F. Huff, 65, of Butler was held for court on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 17.

Michael A. McDonald, 27, of Kittanning waived to court charges of identity theft, access device fraud and theft of lost or mislaid property, filed March 9.

Carrie Meier, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 24.

Kimberly K. Mosler, 24, of Valencia waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 24.

Jeffrey W. Nadiak, 27, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 25.

Amanda K. Platt, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 23.

Justina J. Rivera, 28, of Farmingville, N.Y., waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license, filed March 31.

Christine A. Sanderson, 42, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed March 4. Sanderson was ordered to pay $487.49 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Cindy L. Schaffer, 33, of Evans City was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed March 3.

Bryant K. Wells Sr., 45, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 27.

Charles C. Wright waived to court charges of DUI and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Sept. 13.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Michael K. Kelly, 51, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed March 25.

Michael C. King, 33, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed March 25.

Matthew J. Koch, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 17.

Nathan P. Flick, 34, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right and careless driving, filed Feb. 23.

District Judge Dave Kovach

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Deanne Paige Boyd, 25, of Columbus, Ohio, waived her case to court. Police on March 24 charged her with unauthorized use of an automobile.

Michael Walter Wolff, 28, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.

Jerome Charles Bryant, 26, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. Police on March 26 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and identity theft.

Evan Rust Braithwaite, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on March 3 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jaelin Howard Yellock, 19, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Police on March 31 charged him with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven David Balint, 32, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on March 23 charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Lori Frankel, 51, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 17 charged her with theft, identity theft and receiving stolen property.

Paula Schwartz, 29, of Evans City waived her case to court. Police on March 4 charged her with retail theft and defiant trespass.

Stephanie Rae Gregory, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Rachel Lynn Brisco, 31, of Baden waived her case to court. Police on March 6 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Patience T. Stoddard, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Zelienople police on March 27 charged her with aggravated assault and harassment.

Heather M. Blair, 45, of Butler waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 27 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vernon J. Majewski, 45, of Evans City had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 9 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Bryan George Cerny, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 27 charged him with disorderly conduct.

John A. Benkart, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Aug. 13 charged him with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Alan Reese, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 2 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Kristy Deann Prycl, 39, of Valencia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on March 3 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nathan H. Hill, 30, of Butler waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Feb. 23 charged him with driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
