District Judge Kevin O’Donnell

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Justin A. Brady waived to court charges of unlawful sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification, filed April 14 by township police.

Jason E. Cyphert, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 16 by state police.

Mitchell J. Ferguson, 26, of Harrisville waived to court two counts of causing an accident involving injury while not properly licensed, failing to render aid after an accident, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving without a license and without insurance, reckless driving, making an improper U-turn and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 28 by township police.

Heather L. Gall, 39, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 10 by township police.

Spencer D. Geibel, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper turn, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Aug. 14 by state police.

Jessica F. Milligan, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, improperly parking a vehicle, and a seat belt violation, filed Aug. 12 by state police.

Rachel E. Raducz, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed July 29 by state police.

Angela Lee Schlagel, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed Aug. 24 by township police.

Heather M. Slivan, 36, of Cabot was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed June 30 by township police.

Justin L. Tincha, 27, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed Sept. 8 by township police.
