Moniteau hires new supt.
Michael Sean Arney will be the new superintendent for the Moniteau School District. The school board approved his hiring Monday night, pending clearances. Arney will start the job before March 10. He will leave his current job as assistant superintendent of Upper Perkiomen School District in Montgomery County.
