Motorcyclists take to the road to fight cancer
Organizers dubbed Saturday's 9th annual Riding for the Cure motorcycle ride “Freezin' for a Reason” because of unseasonably low temperatures before the event's 11 a.m. start from Family Bowlaway, 540 Fairground Hill Road.
Still organizers said more than 200 motorcyclists registered to participate in the day-long 118-mile ride to raise money to fight cancer.
