Letters to the Editor: Visitation policy found lacking
While I appreciate Concordia Nursing Home for allowing family and friends to visit their loved ones, the physical location of such visits leaves a lot to be desired.
I can’t understand how a multimillion dollar operation can’t design a more user-friendly facility with at least some form of communication device.
I have a hard time enjoying myself sitting in the yard and basically screaming through double- pane windows. It’s hard to imagine what a wintertime visit would be like.
Hopefully this will get some of the management to rethink their approach.
