3:49 a.m. Feb. 9 — Shanna R. Robison, 32, of Butler was allegedly found with crack cocaine and other contraband following a traffic stop on Elm and East Locust streets. A short time earlier, an officer saw her leave a store on East Jefferson Street and drive away in a vehicle. The officer knew she was a suspended driver.
After being pulled over, according to court documents, Robison turned over a container that was in her underwear. Inside the container, police said, was a small rock of suspected crack. She also handed police a crack pipe that was in her car.
She is charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police also cited her for driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Tuesday — Tyler S. Checkan, 19, of Butler was charged in connection with a domestic dispute in a moving vehicle around 4:20 a.m. Jan. 12 on the 500 block of Whitestown Road. He was riding in the vehicle, which was driven by a 20-year-old woman.
Police said Checkan struck the woman’s arm, causing her to lose control of the vehicle and hit a utility pole. No injuries were reported. Checkan is charged with reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking.
12:38 a.m. Sunday — Amber R. Kastelic, 27, of Chicora was allegedly caught with crack cocaine and heroin after police found her sleeping in a car at a convenience store on New Castle Road. She is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
5:58 p.m. Feb. 14 — No one was injured when a sport utility vehicle driven by Grace Enscoe, 18, of Portersville and a car driven by Breanna Robinson, 25, of Butler collided on New Castle Road at Greenwood Plaza. The SUV had to be towed. Police cited Enscoe for driving an unregistered vehicle.

3:55 a.m. Saturday — James R. Rea, 57, of Butler was injured when a sport utility vehicle he was riding in struck a tree along North Duffy Road in Center Township. He suffered a minor injury. The driver, Wendy L. Rea, 57, of Butler, and two other passengers were not injured. Police cited Wendy Rea for driving too fast for conditions.
2:42 a.m. Saturday — Ronald E. Harnish, 67, of Chicora lost control of his SUV and struck a home on the 3100 block of West Slippery Rock Road in Chicora. He was not injured. Police cited him for driving on the wrong side of the road.
