It would be a shame to see the old Penn Theater torn down or made into something else. It would be so nice if someone could save the old theater and make it like the Strand Theater in Zelienople. Just think how much good it would do for the downtown, restaurants, shops and more. They can save the Worsley lot next door for theater parking.

We need someone or a group to purchase and take over the building like the gentleman in Zeli did with the Kaufman Building, or like the community did with the Strand.

There has to be someone willing to take it over or more fundraisers to keep it alive.

Downtown really needs this or it is going to die. Why isn’t something being done or were does is stand with the Redevelopment or Historical Society?
