This week they discuss what makes a great head coach and get into a heated discussion about whether the mercy rule should be used in high school sports.

The department also discusses Seneca Valley boys golf 6-0 start in the "And How About..." segment, which highlights a county player or team from another high school sport that caught the sports department's attention.
