The Lancaster Township board of supervisors took the following official actions at Monday night’s meeting:

- Approved the consolidation of three parcels into one 12.81-acre parcel

- Approved the division of one 99.14-acre parcel into one five-acre and one 94.14-acre parcel pending DEP review

- Released $9,259.72 to DemEx for its work completing Four Springs Park

- Set a tentative opening date of Aug. 30 for the opening of Four Springs Park

- Released two payments to Arden Wood in the amounts of $103,066.65 and $445,724.45 for work on multimodal transportation and Arden Drive projects, respectively

- Released a letter of credit totaling $564,941.09 to Arden Wood to rectify an error that included Route 19 improvements in that letter of credit
