Son of couple indicted in hospital fraud scheme faces drug charges of his own
The son of a Butler County couple accused of stealing more than $1.3 million from Butler Health System is facing his own legal trouble.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled next week for Jacob Scott Roskovski, 21, of Center Township on a list of felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
Authorities said they found numerous illegal drugs — including marijuana, LSD, psychedelic mushrooms and other hallucinogenic substances — at an apartment he was renting last summer in Moon Township in Allegheny County.
FBI and other federal agents had gone to the apartment as part of an investigation of his parents, Stephanie and Scott Roskovski of Center Township, according to court documents.
