Multiple fire crews on scene at an early morning blaze in Worth Township
Forty firefighters from four counties battled an early morning blaze that destroyed a Worth Township mobile home on West Park Road near Route 108.
Fire crews from a dozen departments spanning Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Venango counties were called to the scene around 5:45 a.m. It took crews about 45 minutes to get the fire under control.
The home, owned by Donna Martin, is considered a total loss. Estimated damage is between $150,000 and $200,000.
The state police fire marshal has been called in to investigate.
