A young girl accused a 50-year-old of sexually touching her over the last two years.

Donald Patrick Kerry of Chicora was charged Monday with felonies of indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.

Kerry was labeled in 1995 as a lifetime sex offender after pleading no contest to charges of indecent assault and exposure.

Last week, the victim told state police that Kerry inappropriately touched her during numerous incidents at her home. According to the police complaint, Kerry allegedly told investigators the incidents were an accident on his part. Police report that Kerry characterized the alleged sexual encounters as games that included wrestling and shoving a snowball down the girl’s pants.

Kerry was sentenced to one year of probation in the 1995 case.
