A Fairview Township woman accused of snorting Xanax off the dresser in her daughter's bedroom made matters worse Friday when she allegedly tried to kick a trooper and tore the tie off his uniform.

State police arrested Lisa S. Preston, 49, on a list of charges following the incident shortly after ‪1 a.m.‬ at her home on Route 268. She is being held in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bail.

Police were called to Preston's home for a report of the defendant “attempting to fight everyone in the house,” according to court documents.
