Teresa Lim of Greenwood Village, Colo., is also charged with reckless driving, careless driving and limitations on driving on the left side of the road, according to a news release from the Lancaster Township Police.

David Vandoren, 50, of Lancaster Township was killed in the accident on June 29. Chief Deputy Coroner John Hanovick said the cause of death was blunt force trauma and the manner of death was accidental.

Lim is accused of driving her vehicle to pass Vandoren's motorcycle in a no passing zone and speeding, according to the police.

Lancaster Police were assisted in the investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Butler County District Attorney's Office. A preliminary hearing on the charges against Lim will be held in District Judge Wayne Seibel's office later.
