Graduates
Marissa Celeste Andreassi of Pittsburgh, formerly of Butler, received a master’s degree in public health and policy management and a certificate in global health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
She has accepted a paid internship as a clinical data analyst with Kaiser Permanente Healthcare in Denver.
Andreassi was the ACHE Foster G. McGaw National Scholarship recipient. Based on her academic performance, she was inducted into Delta Omega, the national public health honorary society.
During her master’s program, she was employed by Highmark in a resident position in Pittsburgh. She also was a Medical Marijuana Task Force intern for the Pennsylvania Medical Society in Harrisburg.
Andreassi graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with honors in 2015 and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Afterward, she was employed ADP Insurance Services as an insurance account executive in Moon Township, Allegheny County.
She graduated from Butler High School in 2011 and received honors with distinction.
She is the daughter of Timothy and Patricia Andreassi of Butler.
