Tomsey, Gizienski
Vanessa Tomsey and Adam Gizienski, both of Gibsonia, were united in marriage June 23 at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Mark Pattock officiated. A reception followed at the Grand Estates.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Peggy Tomsey of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Duane Gizienski of West Sunbury and Maureen Bell of Indiana.
The honor attendant was Jessica Miller of Butler. Bridesmaids included Jennifer Barry of Butler, Abigail Mowen of Greencastle, Emily Smith of Erie, Makenzie Huey of Pittsburgh and Jaylin Mead of Warren.
Performing the duties of best man was Dillon Ellwood of Butler. Ushers included Arron Groomes of Pittsburgh and Nicholas Sutton, Nolan Cavanaugh, Forest Bronder and Jeremy Tomsey, all of Butler.
The bride is a 2012 graduate of Butler High School and a 2014 graduate of Vet Tech Institute.
She is employed by Belacoop Animal Hospital in Gibsonia.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2012. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2016. He is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Allison Park.
Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Gibsonia.
