We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our relatives, friends and neighbors for their kindness and sympathy shown to us during the recent loss of our beloved mother and grandmother, Mary H. O’Donnell.

Perhaps you sent a lovely card,

Or sat quietly in a chair.

Perhaps you sent a floral piece,

If so, we saw it there.

Perhaps you spoke the kindest words,

As any friend could say.

Perhaps you were not there at all,

Just thought of us that day.

Whatever you did to console our hearts,

We thank you so much, whatever the part.

We especially wish to thank Rev. John Butler, Rev. Rick Thompson, Steighner Funeral Home, the staff of VNA Hospice, the St. Joseph’s Christian Mothers, and all those who sent flowers, gifts, cards, food, masses and memorial gifts, or who in any way tended to lessen our sorrow. But most of all, we would like to thank everyone for their prayers, cards and visits to mom over the years which brought her so much pleasure. Your compassion, words of comfort and friendship will remain in our hearts forever.
