Steelers select USC wideout Smith-Schuster
The Pittsburgh Steelers bolstered their wide receiver corps Saturday night by selecting USC's JuJu Smith-Schuster with the 62nd pick of the 2017 NFL Draft.
According to NFL.com, Smith-Schuster has hauled in 10 touchdowns in each of the past two seasons for the Trojans. Smith-Schuster's best season at USC came in 2015 when he caught 89 passes for 1,454 yards for a 16.3 yards per catch average.
According to www.usctrojans.com, Smith-Schuster completed his junior season before declaring for the draft. The Steelers newest draft pick finished his career at USC as the No. 4 career pass catcher with 213 receptions for 3,092 yards and 25 TDs.
In Friday's first round the Steelers selected linebacker T.J. Watt, the younger brother of Houston's J.J. Watt.
