Novelist will visit library
Willie Hobbs of Butler has released his debut novel, “Sculpture: The Evil of Pride,” and he will be signing copies Saturday at the Butler Public Library.
The book is described as a fast-paced tale of suspense and mystery in which Buford J. Lewis, Sr., aka Daddy Bo, searches for the murderer of his son while the unknown killer is still searching for Daddy Bo.
The author will have books available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in conjunction with a fundraiser for the World Gospel Mission at the library. The paperback costs $12.95.
The 251-page novel is available online in digital format for $4.95.
