Voelker, Thompson
Kristen Voelker of Butler and Bud Thompson of Grove City were united in marriage Sept. 10 at Harbison Chapel in Grove City. Elder Janice Miller officiated. A reception followed at Gable Farm.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Denise Voelker of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Earl and Bonnie Thompson of Grove City.
The honor attendant was Kaitlyn Voelker of Butler. Bridesmaids included Apryl Thompson of Boston, Kayla Voelker of Oakdale and Crystal Thompson of Harrisville.
The flower girl was Draya Williams of Grove City.
Performing the duties of best man was Matthew Vasbinder of Grove City. Ushers included Sam Campbell, Brad Messer and Brett Taylor, all of Grove City.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Butler High School.
She is employed by Denise’s Beauty Salon in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated from Grove City High School in 2002.
He is employed by General Electric in Grove City.
The couple is making their home in Herman.
