Butler spikers handle Rams
Noah Bryan had 18 kills and Matt Wetzel added 28 assists as the Butler boys volleyball team rallied from two games down to beat Pine-Richland 30-32, 15-25, 25-22, 25-19, 15-11 Thursday night.
Chris Fiorina added 12 passes and Brett Hechathorn pitched in 12 digs for the Tornado (3-2, 1-2).
Track and Field
Both Freeport teams toppled Burrell, the boys by a 120-21 count and the girls by a score of 91-59.
Marshall McCormick won the triple jump for the Yellowjacket boys with a distance of 38 feet, four inches.
Grace Ward took both hurdle events for the girls.
