Albert A. Grossman
Albert A. Grossman, 86, of Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Sept. 23, 1927, in Warren, Ohio, the son of the late Michael S. and Emma V. (Kelly) Grossman.
Al was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of the Mt. Chestnut Presbyterian Church, Lorraine Commandery of Knights Templar 87 of Butler, past master of Victory Masonic Lodge 694 F&AM of Butler, Holy Royal ARCH 273 Chapter of Butler, Butler Council 61 Royal and Select Master Masons, Director of Masonic Association of Butler, Scottish Rite Free Masonry of New Castle, Valley of New Castle Scottish Rite 32nd Degree Masons, Gateway to the West Council 5 Knight Masons, Syria Shriners Cheswick, Roland C. Fisher Mark Lodge 401 of Pittsburgh, Association of Masonic Veterans of Western PA Monessen, Red Cross of Constantine Erie, Golden Triangle York Rite College 32 of McKeesport and Past Commander 1959 American Legion Post 117 of Butler.
Al retired from TW Phillips.
Surviving are his friends, Tony Tillie Sequite of Renfrew, Dick Joanne Meredith of Renfrew and James Keefer, Howard Wehr, Ray Laurent and Nancy Berry, all of Butler; the employees at the VA Medical Center Tranquility Way; and many more friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters.

Jefferson St., Butler.Masonic services will be held at 5:45 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with his pastor, the Rev. Jeffrey Curtis officiating.
