HARRISBURG — A man has been arrested in Missouri in connection with the shooting of a woman in the parking lot of the farm show complex in central Pennsylvania.
State police said late Saturday night that 61-year-old Beau Gaylord Robinson was taken into custody without incident by the Springfield, Mo., police and U.S. Marshals Service.
Robinson was wanted as a suspect in the shooting Friday morning on the parking lot of the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. The shooting occurred in a recreational vehicle.
Robinson is charged in Dauphin County with attempted homicide, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.
BANGOR — A Pennsylvania teen faces charges in the disfigurement of a baby Jesus figure from a church's Nativity display.Police say 18-year-old Elizabeth Bossert scrawled anarchy symbols, devil horns and messages on the figure at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bangor, Northampton County in early January.The figure was found hanging in a tree outside the church.Investigators say tips led to vandalism and criminal mischief charges being filed against Bossert on Jan. 25. She's scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 21.A phone listing for Bossert wasn't immediately available.
