Warnings irrelevant

Warnings from Joe Conti, chief executive officer of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, and state store union leader Wendell Young that liquor prices might rise if the state’s coercive liquor sales monopoly were dismantled are totally irrelevant and fail to address the fact that it is not in the purview of government to be selling any product.
Moreover, if prices rise, at least it will more accurately reflect true market forces rather than bureaucratic fiat.
