Snell

Margaret "Peggy" Shaffer Snell, 51, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Butler, left this life March 8.

Born in New Castle, Oct. 3, 1956, she was the daughter of William and Louise Shaffer.

A 1974 graduate of Butler High School, she was a legal assistant in the Orlando area and loved spending time with family and friends. She was passionate about animals, adopting from the humane society and taking in strays that came into her life.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, Robert Snell; her mother, Louise Shaffer Basilone; sisters and brothers- in-law, Leslye and Patrick Russell of Orlando and Irene and Robert Traggiai of Cabot; two nephews; a niece; and three great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, William, whom she joins now.

<B>SNELL</B>— A memorial service for Margaret "Peggy" Shaffer Snell, who died Saturday, March 8, 2008, will be held at 11 a.m. April 19 at the Cabot Methodist Church.
