Oktoberfest features parade, entertainment
EVANS CITY— The borough's annual Oktoberfest and car cruise will pair up this year for events today through Sunday.
The three-day event offers craft and food vendors, as well as a parade and contests, along with the annual car cruise featuring a concert by Johnny Angel and the Halos.
Other musical acts include local musician John Burg and one-man band Waldo Young.
