Family-to-Family helps adults living with mental health conditions
Registration for an eight-week educational program to help family members and friends of people living with mental health difficulties.
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, eight-session education program for family members, friends and significant others of adults living with mental health conditions. The program provides education on anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and more. Topics include communication, problem-solving, treatment and recovery.
The virtual sessions take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays from Dec. 3 to Jan. 21. Registration is required at namibutler.org and will close at 1 p.m. Nov. 26.
