Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 24 — Agnel D. Perez, 29, of Warrendale, Allegheny County, was charged with driving under the influence and a summary charge of driving without a license after police said he drove into a ditch along Dutilh Road.

Jan. 6 — Maxwell Lewandowski, 29, of Cranberry Township, was charged with driving under the influence after police said he was found asleep behind the wheel of a car with the engine running at a traffic light on Route 19.

Penn Twp

Dec. 21 — Felony charges of forgery, access device fraud and theft were filed against Jeffrey Charles Pogorzelski, 39, of Pittsburgh after police said he altered a $2,451 check from Gerald Giel Garage Doors to his name and cashed it at a bank in Pittsburgh.

State police, Venango County

Nov. 22 — A 17-year-old male from Harrisville and a 15-year-old male from Kennerdell, Venango County, have been charged with four felony charges of burglary and seven felony counts of criminal mischief after police said they broke into four campers at Marlowe’s Scenic River campground in Clinton Township, destroyed one camper causing more than $27,000 damage, set off fire extinguishers and broke items in the other campers and broke items outside of three other campers causing $32,030 in damage.
