Sentence Court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday by Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune:

John R. Lutz, 21, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to six months probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence filed by Jackson Township police following a May 24, 2022, incident. In a separate case, Lutz was sentenced to 60 months probation including 120 days of house arrest, pay a fine of $1,500 and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of DUI filed by Penn Township police following a June 6, 2022, incident.

Timothy J. McCullough, 28, of Chicora, was sentenced to 11½ months to no more than 23 months in prison, but was immediately paroled, after pleading guilty to a felony charge of drug sales filed by state police following a Jan. 7, 2021, incident.

Todd R. Finucan, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months probation and pay a $150 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of use and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a Jan. 31, 2022, incident.

Rae L. Holderman, 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months probation and perform 24 hours of community service within six months of sentencing after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of use and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler City police following a March 25, 2022, incident.

Donald M. Anthony, 62, of East Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve two years to no more than seven years in prison, pay a $5,000 fine, perform 40 hours of community service and pay restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by Cranberry Township police following a Feb. 2, 2022, incident.

Norbert T. Moss, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve no less than 72 hours and no more than six months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine and perform 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by state police following a March 5, 2022, incident.

Christopher Mathews, 40, of Cabot, was sentenced to serve 12 months probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest filed by state police following an Oct. 6, 2021, incident.

Logan E. Hunter, 24, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve 42 months probation, pay a $1,000 fine and perform 140 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of misdemeanor DUI and drug sales filed by state police following a Jan. 14, 2021, incident.

Howard L. Webb, 66, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 72 months probation including 12 months of house arrest, pay $4,000 in fines and perform 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of misdemeanor DUI and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following an Aug. 29, 2022, incident.

Ryan N. Banner, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following an Aug. 31, 2021, incident.

Daniel L. Fish, 54, of Butler, was sentenced to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of felony false statement filed by Butler Township police after a March 25, 2021, incident.

Shawn M. Fulmer, 32, of East Butler, was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation, including 12 months of house arrest, pay $3,500 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service and pay restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of misdemeanor DUI filed by Butler Township police following a July 18, 2022, incident.

Mathew J. Lehnerd, 21, of Butler, was sentenced to two years to no more than four years in prison and 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a felony charge of sexual assault filed by state police following a Sept. 8, 2021, incident.

Jermaine Mosley, 35, of New Brighton, was sentenced to serve nine months to no more than 23 months in prison, serve 24 months of probation and pay restitution after pleading guilty to a felony charge of retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a Dec. 11, 2021, incident.

William J. Hatfield, 20, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to no more than six months in prison, serve 18 months probation with the first 90 days on house arrest, pay $2,133 in fines and perform 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to misdemeanors DUI and endangering the welfare of children filed by state police following a March 3, 2022, incident.
