LEXINGTON, VA — Three area college students were recently initiated into Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society. They were part of 626 new initiates from 23 universities. The students are as follows:

Ashley Rodgers of Butler (Duquesne University);

Ethan Foley of Grove City (University of Maryland, College Park);

Aizlynn Michel of Slippery Rock (Duquesne University)

Students initiated into the society must be sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate/professional students in the top 35% of their class, demonstrate leadership experience and embrace the Omicron Delta Kappa ideals. Fewer than five percent of students on a given campus are invited to join each year.
