Mars rebound sinks Shaler

Mars trailed by seven points at halftime before out-scoring host Shaler 42-25 in the final two quarters to earn a 62-52 boys basketball victory Tuesday night.

Mars (13-1, 8-0) received 22 points from Tasso Sfanos, 16 from Zach Schlegel and 11 from Ryan Ceh.

Scoring in double figures in the victory were Matt Ellery (16 points), Andrew Maddalon (16), Max Hurray (15) and Max Rottmann (10).

Tyson Webb paced Derry with 18 points.
