The following sentences were handed down Thursday in county Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.

Tasha Nicole Saeler, 31, of Butler was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 12 months of house arrest after pleading guilty to a felony charge of aggravated assault by vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol filed by city police following a collision on Pittsburgh Road on Jan. 1, 2020. For the aggravated assault by vehicle charge, she was also fined $100. For the DUI charge, she was fined $1,000, sentenced to concurrently serve six months of house arrest; and ordered to pay $16,578.59 in restitution, complete 60 hours of community service, litter pickup, a victim impact panel and alcohol highway safety school.

Larry Joseph Massella, 69, of Butler was sentenced to serve 16 months of probation including seven days of house arrest after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by state police in August 2020 and four separate counts of communications with 911 filed by Butler Township police in April, November and December 2020. Township police said he called 911 numerous times demanding to speak with police regarding a civil matter involving his girlfriend. He was sentenced to concurrently serve 12 months of probation in each of the four communications with 911 cases and ordered to continue receiving mental health treatment. That sentence runs consecutively to the six months of probation and seven days of house arrest sentence he received for the DUI charge. He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, and complete alcohol highway safety school, 25 hours of community service, litter pickup and a victim impact panel. No further penalty was issued for the careless driving charge.

Zachary David Hinchberger, 30, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police in December 2019. Other charges were dismissed.

Christopher James Kiser, 22, of Butler was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his second offense of DUI of a combination of drugs and alcohol filed by Butler Township police in June. Other charges were dismissed.

Cole Patrick McLaughlin, 22, of Valencia was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct filed by Adams Township police in August 2020.

Joelle Jae Lees, 38, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,500 and complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to charge of DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana filed by state police in January.

Cara Michelle Lutz, 39, of Butler was sentenced to serve 48 months of probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person filed by city police in December 2019.

Anthony William Degenes, 56, of Parker was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation including six months of house arrest, fined $3,500 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license filed by Butler Township police in May. Other charges were dismissed.

Magdalene Bucciarelli, 36, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI of a controlled substance filed by state police in May. Other charges were dismissed.

Patrick Walter Bransfield Jr., 42, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 15 days of house arrest, fined $1,500 and ordered to complete 60 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading no contest to his second DUI offense, driving with a suspended license and retail theft filed by state police in October 2019. He was also ordered to pay $17.98 in restitution to Sheetz. Other charges were dismissed.

Albert J. Brackley, 56, of Butler was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and fined $50 after pleading guilty a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by state police in July.

Taylor Lynn Davidson, 27, of Butler was sentenced to serve 66 months of probation including 12 months and 90 days of house arrest, fined $2,500, and ordered to complete 60 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to her third DUI of a controlled substance offense and criminal attempt to endanger the welfare of children filed by city police in October 2020. Other charges were dismissed.

Robert Michael McDonald, 38, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve six months to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police in March.

Samantha Cordelia McGee, 35, of Kittanning was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police in August 2019. Other charges were dismissed.

Joseph Paul Martin, 36, of Bruin was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI of a controlled substance filed by state police in May. Other charges were dismissed.
