Floyd and Joan Osborne

Joan and Floyd Osborne of Butler celebrated 65 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Osborne married the former Joan Watson on Nov. 16, 1956, in Unionville Presbyterian Church.

They met 70 years ago while skating and dancing at Rock Falls Park in Slippery Rock.

They have three children, Tammy Osborne of Butler, Lou Ann Sears of Cabot and Dixie Ficca of Grove City.

They also have three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Osbornes are retired from their family business they ran for many years in Butler, Osborne Builders Supply.
