The feds have decided to back off their efforts to shut down marijuana "stores" and their suppliers in all 14 states where it's legal for medical use.

The Department of Justice decided that money could be better spent.

This means that the states that enjoy the legal use of medical marijuana can mass-produce and tax it, as it should be. The loser states can sit back and count their losses.
