Elliott 50th anniversary
Lester and Antoinette Elliott of Renfrew celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at the Butler Country Club.
Elliott married the former Antoinette DeRose on Oct. 23, 1971, in Winchester, Va.
They have three children, Lester Elliott III of Butler, Deborah Elliott of Archdale, N.C., and the late Rodger Elliott
They also have six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Elliott is the founder and former president of Elliott’s Tire Service Inc. After more than 60 years in business, he still reports to work daily.
He enjoys spending time with his family, Sunday rides to his hometown of Chicora and spending time with his best friend, Jingles, his faithful companion and rescue dog.
Mrs. Elliott is still active in the business as office manager at Elliott’s Tire Service Inc.
She enjoys reading, and riding and showing her horse, Ziminy Cricket.
