Three preliminary hearing were held Wednesday before magisterial District Judge Sue Haggerty in Saxonburg.

Nicholas G. Michelangeli, 23, of Sarver was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed in March by state police following a Dec. 23, 2019, incident.

Shauna M. Cress, 35, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and eight summary traffic violations filed in August by Middlesex Township police following an Aug. 1 traffic accident.

Dennis C. Sheppard, 60, of Lyndora waived his hearing on charges of driving under the influence and two summary traffic violations filed in August by state police following a July 24 incident.
