A number of preliminary hearings were held Sept. 30 before Magisterial District Judge William S. O’Donnell of Slippery Rock.

Nicole Noel McCabe, 37, of Butler waived her hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest and two summary traffic violations filed by state police on Feb. 27.

Dennis Robert John, 46, of Butler waived his hearing on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, false identification to law enforcement and four summary traffic violations filed by state police on Sept. 18.

Tyson Antonio Andrada, 24, of Greenville waived his hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a summary traffic violation filed by state police on March 12, 2020.

Kiyon Walter Santos, 23, of Thiells, N.Y., waived his hearing on charges of DUI and three summary traffic violations filed by state police on March 27.

Kameron David Fisher, 19, of Hermitage was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and four summary traffic violations filed by state police on March 13.

Raekwon Khalil Caldwell, 22, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of DUI and four summary traffic violations filed by state police on June 26.

Myrra Alexis Armstrong, 20, of Brownsville waived her hearing on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations filed by state police on May 5, 2020.

Hunter Blaise Sevin, 21, of Portersville pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary traffic violation filed by state police on June 30.

Logan Robert Aydelott, 23, of Harrisville waived his hearing on charges of DUI and two summary traffic violations filed by state police on July 14.
