SENTENCINGS

Common Pleas Court Judge Timothy F. McCune handed down the following sentences Thursday.

Bryan Keith Milligan, 22, of Canonsburg was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed in November 2020 by state police. Charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Joshua Kelly Keys, 41, of West Sunbury was sentenced to serve five days to six months in prison, pay a $750 fine, participate in a litter pick-up program and attend a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his second driving under the influence offense. The charge was filed in December 2020 by Jackson Township police. However, he was granted parole after a retail theft charge filed in September 2013 by Butler Township police was resolved.

Barry Lee Graef Jr., 62, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to serve 48 months of probation, including five months of electronic monitoring and perform 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed in July 2020 by county detectives.

Michael Raymond Morgano, 33, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 107 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, perform 50 hours of community service, complete alcohol highway safety school and attend a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, his second DUI offense. The charge was filed in July 2020 by state police. Other charges were dismissed.

Paul John Weaver, 36, of McKees Rocks was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia filed in July 2018 by Adams Township police.
