Knoch's Brahler at 507 wins and counting

Knoch cross country coach Wess Brahler reached his 500th career coaching win last week and is still going strong.

Brahler now has a career record of 507-317 — at Knoch and Moniteau combined — after Tuesday's wins over Shady Side Academy, Highlands and Southmoreland.

Freeport's Jacob Schaeffer and Addy Kristofik both finished second in the boys and girls competition, respectively, as the Yellowjackets won meets against Deer Lakes and Greensburg Central Catholic.

Both Freeport teams improved to 4-0.
