Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jeff Bartos of Montgomery County visited businesses in downtown Butler Wednesday, which marked day 10 of his 12-day bus tour of all 67 counties in the state.

His campaign bus pulled in and parked on Main Street in front of Miller's Shoes, where Bartos met and spoke with business owners and city officials.

A small business owner and real estate developer, Bartos created the non-profit Pennsylvania 30 Day Fund and helped raise $3.6 million for grants to help businesses that closed or struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic, including Miller's Shoes and several other downtown businesses.

He said he would bring the “common sense and wisdom” of main streets across the state to Washington D.C. if he is elected.
