Janie Van Lenten was hired by the South Butler County School Board Wednesday as the district's new business manager.

Van Lenten will earn a salary of $102,000 per year.Former business manager Pam Mondock resigned from the district to accept a position closer to her home.She started at a salary of $94,000, but Van Lenten has public accounting experience, said David Foley, superintendent.Van Lenten is a University of Pittsburgh graduate and a certified public accountant.
