Food distribution set for Saturday afternoon

Mixed boxes of milk, fresh produce, meat and more will be offered at the Network of Hope Food Bank's food distribution from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot between the mall and Giant Eagle.

The Network of Hope Food Bank's new satellite location at the Clearview Mall in Center Township and will hold a food distribution from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot between the mall and Giant Eagle.

The drive-thru event does not require registration and is open to those who need food or who are collecting food for a needy family member, friend or neighbor.

All participants are asked to remain in their vehicles while boxes are placed in their car by volunteers.

Mixed boxes of milk, fresh produce, meat and more will be offered.

More than 1,200 gallons of milk will be available at the event.

The Network of Hope Food Bank is an outreach of Allison Park Church, which now has a location in the former Clearview Cinemas building.
