Kubit is built for the bench

Joe Kubit is running for Butler County Common Pleas judge in the May 18 primary election.

Joe is an ideal candidate for this position and exactly what Butler County needs in our courts.

My husband and I both work for large employers in Butler County and we are very active in our local community. We frequently hear people express their frustration with the current courts and also hear of people wanting to “build a better Butler.” Electing Joe would be a step in the right direction.

Joe has been practicing law for 30 years and has an “AV” rating for his legal ability and ethics, which is the highest possible. He has tried cases in every division of the Butler Court and has tried cases before judges and juries in 10 other counties. He has argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has served as a law clerk to a judge of the Superior Court.

Joe is a leader and a hard worker who has never been handed anything. He grew up working on his Dad's and Uncle's Mack trucks and worked his way through college as a mechanic.

Joe is kind, humble, fair, honest and of the highest integrity. Butler County needs someone to promote a healthy and positive environment in that courthouse, and Joe is that person.

The endorsements of Joe on his website (kubitforjudge.com) from people of all walks of life in Butler County demonstrate how highly respected Joe is in the community.

Meet Joe and you will quickly realize how Joe Kubit is truly “built for the bench.”
