Jacqueline Ann Sertik, 80, of Butler, passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 30, 1941, in Indiana County, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Ledsel D. Hawk and Alberta (Gaston) Hawk.

Jacqueline was a registered nurse, having graduated from Butler Hospital School of Nursing.

She worked at Butler Hospital for many years and retired from Butler Regional Cancer Center.

Surviving are her sister, Cheryl Hutchison of New Lebanon, Ohio; a brother, Ronald (Rawla) Hawk of Missoula, Mont.; and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

SERTIK — Service for Jacqueline Ann Sertik, who died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, with Pastor Jim Lewis officiating.

Private interment will be held in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
