Now that Congressman Mike Kelly has filed to suit to change the rules and nullify a state election that did not turn out as he hoped, what tragic loss will Kelly next try to overturn?

Here’s my prediction: Kelly will sue the NCAA to overturn Notre Dame’s humiliating 30-3 loss to Clemson in the 2018 Cotton Bowl. I can hear him now: “The game was a fraudulent mess, otherwise my team would have won. Fraud! Fraud! Notre Dame actually won the National Championship that year, but it was stolen from them.”

Sad that a leader, sworn to uphold the Constitution, would toss 2.5 million Pennsylvania votes into the garbage just because he didn’t like the outcome.
